Dukkan Aila Shop is an e-commerce platform built for a Moroccan entrepreneur selling family products in the Arabian Gulf region, using the Cash on Delivery (COD) business model. The website features an express checkout form displayed directly on the product page, making the order process quick and seamless for customers.
I integrated WooCommerce with Google Sheets for automated order management and connected the site to WhatsApp using a special plugin (WAWP), which sends instant messages to clients as soon as they place an order. This setup streamlines communication, improves customer experience, and helps the business manage orders more efficiently.
